Practising Peace, Together.
Peace can be practised in stillness.
In solitude.
In quiet attention.
It can also take shape in relation, in how we listen, in how we respond, in how we remain present when life involves others.
“Together” here does not mean gathering, agreement, or shared schedules.
It names the field in which peace becomes visible.
Sometimes that field is another person.
Sometimes it is the body.
Sometimes it is the land.
Sometimes it is silence itself.
Practising peace together does not require proximity. It does not depend on participation.
It simply acknowledges that no practice exists outside of relation.
What is touched inwardly
inevitably shapes how we meet the world.
